Brexit negotiations: transition rules for EU trademarks
The negotiations concerning the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union have advanced significantly. A first published draft of the agreement also contains transition rules for intellectual property. The text is partially agreed at the negotiator’s level, although it may still be subject to technical legal revisions, other parts are only agreed on a policy level or are proposed by the EU and still under discussion.
