Sabrina Mach

I am a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Montreal. As part of my venture capital experience, I really enjoy working with startups and entrepreneurs through all stages of growth. I also represent institutional and other strategic investors in their investments in startups and established companies, and fund formations.

My practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, construction and infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. I represent clients in connection with share and asset purchase transactions as well as venture capital financings in a variety of industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing and construction.

In my spare time, I play a lot of volleyball and have joined a recreational volleyball team (Ravens). I also love to travel and hope to be able to explore all continents one day.
