Nicholas Bushelle

I support startup founders from formation to exit, including raising VC and angel funding, scaling their businesses, bringing breakthrough technologies to market, and ultimately realizing returns for themselves and their investors. It’s exciting to work with innovators looking to change the status quo.

On the other side, I represent VC funds and corporate venture capital in making investments in emerging growth companies, as well as financial and strategic clients looking to acquire such companies. I have a particular focus on agtech, biotech, and healthcare companies.

As an Illinois native now living and practicing in Iowa, I bring strong connections in the Midwest entrepreneurial ecosystem to the Dentons team and enjoy connecting people from every corner of the map. Many of my deals also have cross-border elements, and I regularly work with Dentons colleagues across and outside the U.S.

Outside of work, you can find me making Indian food or skateboarding at the largest skatepark in the U.S., Lauridsen Skatepark right here in Des Moines, IA.
