Leigh-Anne Norris

In my life before law, I was an early hire at a fintech startup and look back on that experience to provide clients with scalable and solutions-based advice. As a corporate lawyer in Dentons’ Ottawa office, I help guide companies during pivotal moments – from incorporation, financing, acquisition, listing, and exit. I am curious about the world and enjoy working with people who are coming up with new solutions, iterations and disruptions.

Outside of the office, I can usually be found in nature, sharing a laugh, or working on a renovation project.
