As a member of the Dentons Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group, I primarily represent both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of secured financing transactions. As a student of the business, I enjoy helping clients navigate through complex arrangements while learning every day from the best in both the legal and lending world.

If I am not at work, I’m spending time with my wife and son, whether it be exploring the neighborhood, trying new restaurants or going out hiking.
