As a VC/PE lawyer, I know what the equity funders will look for and I can help startups avoid the common pitfalls that frustrate a round of financing. I also advise on fund formation, and I recently closed the first key enabling technologies fund in Spain.

I am passionate about technology and I am an extremely active person. If you cannot reach me at the office, chances are that I will be travelling… But always connected.
