Over more than thirty years, I have participated in hundreds of financing and strategic transactions and have a genuine passion for working with companies to achieve their goals– particularly when there is an opportunity to impact society more broadly. I have represented companies from the earliest stages of their development through their emerging growth stage and beyond and I have worked with many of the most influential leaders in the life sciences and biotechnology industries. My clients have been public offering issuers and underwriters, as well as venture capital investors and venture-backed companies. Through all of this, I have gained a practical, seasoned perspective on financings, strategic transactions and corporate governance that helps facilitate creative solutions to the most difficult issues. I am also co-head of Dentons’ Health Care and Life Sciences practice.
