Jaclin Cassios

I am a corporate and intellectual property lawyer and a registered trademark agent. I have a passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their business, and I work with founders and management through all stages of growth, from business formation through to exit. On a day-to-day basis, I most frequently assist businesses with corporate governance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, privacy laws and compliance, and intellectual property matters such as trademark registration, licensing, assignment, and disputes.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports (especially watching professional lacrosse), and spending time with my husband, two children, and two cats.
