Ilan Katz

I work with many types of companies, from start-ups to small publicly traded companies. I believe that a lawyer needs to grow with their client and play a meaningful role in their success. This often requires close interaction and assistance with both legal and business challenges. I have served as a co-founder to my clients and taken a personal stake in their success.

I focus on M&A, venture and securities transactions and I work closely with my clients to provide them with governance and corporate counseling so that they are ready to face every legal challenge that stands in the way of their goals.

I enjoy reading (ok I admit listening mostly these days) great books, playing strategy games and following all of the major Boston sports teams. I also enjoy spending time with my family and beating them when we play Settlers of Catan.
