I am technology lawyer based in London with a particular interest in working with early-stage growth companies to help ensure the value they have worked so hard to create is properly commercialised and protected. Using my understanding of the underlying technology as well as the opportunities and restraints most early-stage companies face I provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to ensure my clients achieve their aims. This includes advising on commercial contracts, software development and licencing agreements and intellectual property matters.

When I am not working I try to spend as much time as possible sailing, painting, seeing live music and spending time with friends and family.
