David Papier

I represent private and public emerging growth companies in all facets of their life cycle. I like to work with companies at the earliest possible stage and help them grow locally and globally until successful exit. I often serve as general counsel and provide strategic advice and lead companies through financings and mergers and acquisitions. I also represent venture capital funds in seed and venture financings. I am deeply involved in the tech ecosystem and work closely with incubators and accelerators.

When not hanging around with entrepreneurs and investors, I can be found with my wife and children or perhaps on my annual fishing trip with my law school classmates in some obscure location that has continued for over 25 years (despite that my classmates are no longer practicing lawyers).
