David Gravel

I’m a corporate lawyer mainly focusing on M&A transactions and securities law. Since the beginning of my career, I’ve been involved in several merger and acquisition transactions, both in Canada and internationally. I also advise clients on securities law and venture capital companies listed on stock exchanges on matters relating to qualifying transactions and continuous disclosure requirements.

As part of the Dentons Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group, I can also assist and advise founders on a variety of matters from financing (public or private), key commercial agreements or corporate governance. I truly believe that there is nothing more rewarding and satisfying than to assist our clients from being emerging growth startups to established companies.

When not at work, you can always find me out skiing in the mountains during the winter or riding my mountain bike deep in the wilderness during the summer.
