Chase Irwin

I am a corporate and technology startup lawyer that helps a wide range of businesses from emerging growth startups to established companies, including their investors and shareholders, on corporate finance, M&A, securities and venture capital transactions. My passion is working with startups and entrepreneurs through all stages of growth from founder and business formation through to exit. I also represent angel, institutional and other strategic investors in their investments in technology companies.

As a member of Dentons’ dynamic Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies team, I take the time to understand the opportunities and restraints that most of our startup clients face and strive to provide practical business advice while assisting those companies primarily with their capital raising and exit strategies.

I am a sports and music enthusiast and love the outdoors. I am an avid hockey and golf player and love to travel and spend time with my family and friends. I stay involved in my community through a board of director position on a charity that supports and provides care for animals of those in need, and through affiliations and engagements with various community associations, organizations and regional technology and innovation initiatives.
