Aliya Virji

As a corporate and banking & finance lawyer, I enjoy being part of a team and working with founders at all stages, from company formation all the way to exit. Most frequently, I assist founders with corporate governance, commercial agreements and financing. I particularly enjoy working with founders because I love to see their passion project grow into a successful business (and enjoy solving problems and managing any hurdles along the way!).

Outside of the office, I enjoy trying new restaurants, watching and playing sports (especially tennis), and spending time with my friends and family.
