Being a part of Dentons’ Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice is a rewarding, enriching experience. Every day, our group puts its extensive knowledge and expertise into practice, actively facilitating the visions of various clients at the forefront of technology and innovation.

Given my interest in intellectual property, I enjoy assisting companies navigate their technology transactions, be it in the context of initial formation or eventual M&A. Additionally, with data privacy becoming increasingly salient, I’m drawn to helping clients understand their obligations under the vast, intricate matrix that is data privacy law.

In my downtime, I can usually be found cycling (on the spot) at the nearest SoulCycle, dog-watching at Central Park, binge-watching the latest season of a favorite show (it’s the only way to do it!), checking out live music, or planning the itinerary for my next trip.
