Having worked exclusively in Dentons Venture Technology and Emerging Companies group through and following law school, I have been fortunate to grow my corporate practice advising a wide range of clientele at the forefront of technology and innovation. I regularly counsel companies and investors alike on transactional matters; namely, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, public and private security offerings and general corporate matters. It is a privilege working with our clients on some of their most complex and pressing issues – both inside and outside of the board room – and playing a role in the development of their businesses or portfolios.

I began my career working in New York and recently moved to Denver with my wife and kids. I continue to stay highly involved in New York’s entrepreneurial and financial market while growing Dentons’ presence in the Rocky Mountain region. I have had the opportunity to meet and work with many incredible founders and investors here in Denver and particularly enjoy finding synergies between their platforms and the diverse network of companies and firms that Dentons has developed in the New York venture ecosystem.

Outside of the office, you can find me skiing the Rockies or trying out mountain sports that, until moving out West, were completely foreign to me. I also love to cook and explore new restaurants with my wife and two daughters.
