Maya Uchima

I am excited to be part of Dentons’ Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice because of the breadth of expertise the team has in areas on the frontlines of innovation and the active role the team plays in shaping and guiding new companies to achieve their goals. Dentons understands the importance of building relationships with its clients and earning their trust as they navigate ever-changing waters with so much at stake.

My practice focuses on counseling private and public technology companies in their general governance and technology transactions. I’m driven by establishing a connection with client teams and understanding their business strategy to ensure I provide the most accurate and mindful advice.

In my downtime I enjoy camping with my husband, watching movies (especially classic films), cooking Japanese food, rooting for my favorite F1 drivers and cuddling with my two adorable cats.
